Minneapolis man shot; says he repeatedly reported threats from neighbor to MPD

KARE reports on how a shooting between two Minneapolis neighbors has escalated to a clash between the Minneapolis City Council and police department. “A letter from rating members of the Minneapolis City Council to Mayor Jacob Frey shows anger and blame being directed on the MPD for allegedly failing to act on Maturi’s quite a few complaints against Sawchak before the shooting, and failing to arrest him immediately after the shooting.” KARE reports on the complete list of complaints against the the person and the brand new charges against him.
